Steel post base designed for anchoring round fence posts with a diameter of 48 mm to a solid base, which do not have a welded flange. The base is made of steel with a Zn + PVC surface treatment in Anthracite RAL 7016, which provides protection against external influences and a color-matched appearance with anthracite fence components. The base is suitable for use with YAD03ZN... series posts with a diameter of O48 mm.

Purpose
The base is designed for anchoring round steel fence posts with a diameter of 48 mm to a solid base. It is used an alternative method of mounting posts without the need for concreting them into the foundation hole.

Compatibility
Designed for steel fence posts with a diameter of O48 mm, especially posts of the series (order code YAD03ZN1500X48X1,50/7016H), (order code YAD03ZN1750X48X1,50/7016H) and (order code YAD03ZN2000X48X1,50/7016H). The base is compatible with posts of the same diameter O48 mm.

Installation
The base is first firmly anchored to the prepared solid base using suitable anchoring material. Subsequently, an O48 mm fence post, for example, a YAD03ZN... series post, is inserted into the cylindrical part of the base. The post must be correctly seated and stably secured in the base. The type of anchoring material must be selected according to the type and quality of the substrate.

Warning
It is not recommended to use the base for anchoring fully screened fencing, where significantly higher wind loads may occur.
