1. The consumer may submit the proposed solution through the online forms, either on the EU website, or the ČOI website. The Slovak consumer may submit the proposed solution on appropriate Slovak websites, such as Slovak version of EU website or Web SOI.

6. The maximum length of the dispute reaches up to 90 days, particularly complex disputes can be extended for another 90 days.
